Daily Office Hours (Weekdays)

Office Hours

Throughout the year, the team provides daily virtual "office hours" where instructors can get immediate answers to their questions. It’s also a place where CourseKata goes to get valuable feedback and ideas for improving the materials and implementation.

Regular Office Hours are available via Zoom. Feel free to drop in with your questions! Visit us using the Daily Office Hours Zoom Link below.

  • Mondays 1-2pm (PT) -- Mariela, CourseKata instructor & team member
  • Tuesdays 4-5pm (PT) -- Caylor, CourseKata team member
  • Wednesdays 1-2pm (PT) -- Caylor, CourseKata team member
  • Thursdays 4-5pm (PT) -- Caylor, CourseKata team member
  • Fridays 9-10am (PT) -- Mariela, CourseKata instructor & team member

Please be advised that we will not hold office hours on the following days:

  • Labor Day: September 7, 2026
  • Thanksgiving: November 25-27, 2026
  • Winter Holidays: December 21, 2026-January 1, 2027
